How Our Pricing Works
1. We See Your Load
Every job starts with a quick look at what you need hauled away. You can text us photos or we can estimate on-site before loading.
2. Upfront Quote
We place you into the closest load size (¼, ½, ¾, or full truck) and factor in any add-on items or special handling. You approve the price before we start.
3. We Remove & Clean Up
Our crew does the lifting, hauling, and sweep-up. Labor is included for the first hour on typical jobs.
4. Responsible Disposal
Whenever possible, we recycle, donate, and responsibly dispose of your items so less ends up in the landfill.
🚛 Special Item Handling Rate & Extended Labor Time Rate
- Tire (off rim): $20.00 + $5.00 on rim
- Heavy Items: $100.00+ (pianos, safes, etc.)
- A.C. Unit / Dehumidifier: $50.00
- Refrigerator / Freezer: $100.00
- Mattress / Box Spring: $75.00 + $125.00 if heavily contaminated
- Washer / Dryer: $100.00 per unit
- Travel Fee: First 30 miles free, then $1.75 per mile
- Labor: First hour free on standard jobs, then $125–$175 per hour (crew)
All pricing reflects base estimates. Final quote is provided after inspection and may vary based on access, weight, and item type.
Pricing & Service FAQ
Do I have to fill a full truck to book you?
No. We handle everything from single-item pickups to full property cleanouts. You’re only charged based on how much space your junk uses in the truck plus any applicable add-on fees.
Can you give a quote from photos?
In most cases, yes. Text us clear photos of the items and area, and we can often give a ballpark estimate before we arrive. Final pricing is confirmed on-site.
What affects the final cost?
Load size, item type (appliances, mattresses, tires, etc.), accessibility (stairs, long carries), and labor time all influence the final quote. We’ll walk you through it before any work begins.
Do you charge if I decide not to go ahead?
If you decline service after an on-site visit, a small trip or assessment fee may apply depending on distance. We’ll always be clear about any charges up front.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Upstate NY and surrounding areas. The first 30 miles are included; beyond that we apply a travel fee of $1.75 per mile.
