At Plunder Runners, we value your business and your time. Please review our No Refund Policy carefully before booking or purchasing. By completing a booking or payment, you agree to the terms below.
1. Service Bookings (Junk Removal & Landscaping)
All service payments and deposits are non-refundable.
- Deposits: Once paid, deposits cannot be refunded for any reason, including cancellations. However, we understand plans can change — you may reschedule your service date one time if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Reschedulings: Additional reschedules or short-notice changes (less than 24 hours) may incur a rescheduling fee.
- Service Completion: Once a service is performed, payment is considered final and non-refundable.
- Service Quality: If there’s a concern about the work completed, please contact us within 24 hours at info@plunder-runners.com or (800) 917-6005. While refunds aren’t issued, we’ll review the issue and may provide a service adjustment or credit at our discretion.
2. Merchandise Sales (Apparel, Gear & Accessories)
All merchandise sales are final.
- We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for apparel, accessories, or branded items once purchased.
- If an item arrives damaged or defective, email info@plunder-runners.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. If approved, a replacement or store credit may be issued.
3. Digital Products & Gift Cards
Digital downloads, gift cards, and promotional offers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
