This Shipping Policy applies to all physical products and merchandise sold through Plunder Runners at plunder-runners.com.
Service-based offerings such as junk removal, landscaping, or moving are not physical goods and therefore do not qualify for shipping.
2. Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.
- Processing times may vary during holidays, sales, or high-volume periods.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or product shortages, we will notify you promptly via email.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer standard and expedited shipping options through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and shipping method.
From time to time, Plunder Runners may offer free shipping promotions within the U.S.
5. Local Pickup or Delivery (Services Only)
For junk removal, landscaping, and moving services, all appointments are performed in person at your location.
- These services do not involve product shipment.
- Service dates and arrival times will be confirmed directly with the customer.
- Any materials or debris removed will be handled and disposed of per local regulations.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your merchandise order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Plunder Runners is not responsible for packages that are:
- Lost or delayed by the carrier
- Marked as “delivered” but not received
- Damaged in transit due to carrier mishandling
If your package is lost or damaged:
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
- Notify us at info@plunder-runners.com — we’ll assist in filing a claim when possible.
If an item arrives defective or damaged, please email photos of the item and packaging within 7 days of delivery for review.
8. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to U.S. addresses only (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or international destinations at this time.
- Hazardous, flammable, or oversized items may have limited shipping options.
9. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
10. Returns and Refunds
All merchandise sales are final as outlined in our No Refund Policy.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
