Cancellation policy
1. Overview
At Plunder Runners, we strive to provide flexible, professional, and transparent purchasing options for both our services and merchandise.
By placing an order or booking a service, you agree to the following terms.
2. Purchase Options
A. Service Purchases (Junk Removal, Landscaping, Moving)
- All service bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.
- The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise arranged in writing.
- Deposits guarantee your reserved time, crew, and equipment allocation.
- Payments may be made online through plunder-runners.com, by phone, or in person via approved payment methods (credit/debit cards, cash, or digital invoice).
Note: Prices are subject to adjustment if additional labor, volume, or hazards are discovered on-site (see our Service Quotes & Additional Charges section).
B. Merchandise Purchases
- All merchandise (such as apparel, hats, or branded gear) must be paid in full at checkout.
- We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment options displayed on our site.
- Orders will not ship until full payment has been received and cleared.
- Merchandise sales are final — no refunds or returns, except for defective or damaged items upon delivery (see our Shipping Policy).
3. Cancellations (Services Only)
We understand that plans can change, but because we allocate time, labor, and equipment for each appointment, we enforce the following policy:
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled service may be rescheduled once at no charge.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, or same-day cancellations, will forfeit your deposit.
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 2 hours of your scheduled time) may result in a full service charge.
- If weather or unforeseen conditions prevent service, we will contact you to reschedule at no penalty.
4. Cancellations (Merchandise Orders)
- Merchandise orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
- If you contact us before your order has shipped, we may be able to cancel or modify the order at our discretion.
- To request cancellation before fulfillment, email info@plunder-runners.com as soon as possible with your order number.
5. Appointment Adjustments
If you need to change your appointment time:
- You may request a reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment.
- The new service date must be within 30 days of the original booking.
- Additional reschedules may require a new deposit.
6. Right to Cancel by Plunder Runners
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a service if:
- Site conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or not as described.
- Weather or environmental hazards prevent safe operation.
- The customer fails to provide accurate information, payment, or access to the property.
In these cases, the deposit may be forfeited or applied to a rescheduled date, at our discretion.
