With Campus Hold, you choose the storage plan that fits your needs and place your order. Before your scheduled pickup date, we deliver our heavy-duty 27-gallon storage totes directly to you so you have time to pack.

Once you’re packed, we return on your scheduled pickup date, collect your totes and any approved items included with your plan, and transport everything to our climate-controlled storage facility, where your belongings are securely stored for up to 3 months.

When you return to campus, we bring everything back to you.

🚚 HOW CAMPUS HOLD WORKS

1️⃣ CHOOSE YOUR PLAN

Place your order and schedule your service.

2️⃣ WE DELIVER YOUR TOTES

Before your scheduled pickup date, Campus Hold delivers the number of 27-gallon storage totes included with your plan directly to you.

There’s no need to purchase boxes or storage containers.

The totes are provided by Campus Hold.

3️⃣ YOU PACK

Pack your belongings into the Campus Hold totes before your scheduled pickup.

Each tote has a maximum weight of 40 lbs and must close completely.

4️⃣ WE PICK UP

On your scheduled pickup date, Campus Hold collects your packed totes along with any mini fridge or other approved items included with your plan.

5️⃣ WE HOLD

Your belongings are transported to our climate-controlled storage facility and securely stored for up to 3 months.

6️⃣ WE BRING IT BACK

When it’s time to return for the new semester, Campus Hold delivers your belongings back to your dorm, apartment, or approved local return address.

 

🟨 CAMPUS HOLD TOTE POLICY

NO CARDBOARD BOXES

All standard belongings must be packed inside the Campus Hold storage totes we provide.

EACH TOTE:

• 🟨 Holds 27 gallons
• ⚖️ Has a 40-lb maximum weight
• Must close completely with the lid secured
• Cannot have belongings sticking out
• Cannot be overfilled
• Must be ready on your scheduled pickup date

WE DO NOT ACCEPT:

• ❌ Cardboard boxes in place of Campus Hold totes
• ❌ Loose bags in place of totes
• ❌ Open or overflowing totes
• ❌ Totes weighing more than 40 lbs

If a tote exceeds the 40-lb limit, belongings must be redistributed before the tote can be accepted.

Campus Hold totes remain the property of Campus Hold.
